Final Sale Policy
All items sold on the Yule Way website are shipped from overseas and offered at exclusive discounted prices. These items are final sale products and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damages or Shipping Errors
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yuleway31@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/video showing the issue
• We will evaluate each case individually and provide a resolution (replacement or refund if applicable).
Missed Refunds?
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at yuleway31@gmail.com.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Where Do You Ship To?
We currently ship within Canada,the U.S. and United Kingdom mainland ,Singapore. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.Please note: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
